i did not get any feedback from any of the online forum. But i showed it to some of my experienced friend (in real estate).
As per them it will take considerable amount of time that is nearly 5-6 years to appreciate or the location will be livable.
Let me know if you find any info. This property is still in my list as the rate they are quoting 750.
If you are planning to buy then let me know we can negotiate a better price.
