Advice on Planet Eye project near Harohalli

Hi,

I visited a project of a developer called Planet Eye and the project is called Planet Eye Forest View.

The project is situated 6kms after taking left at Harohalli bus stand when going towards Kanakapura.

The developer is saying that very soon 320 feet wide IRR Road is coming and that the work on this has already started from Hosur. He also says that this is 8 km away from World’s Largest Industrial Area.

How do I verify if these claims are true?
