I am planning to buy a south facing plot in BDA employees layout, near Anjanadri arcade , kanakpura road. Broker told 4250/sqft. Please let me know if this price is okay or too much. Also what about Cauvery water connection and how about bore well, is water available in this area if I go for bore well.
Appreciate your suggestions.

I had inquired about this place couple of days ago. I heard that the rated are above 4k for the sites near the main road.
I'm not sure where is this Anjanadri arcade. But there was plot which owner is ready to sell for 40L, but it was opposite a grave yard. The owner said that is not functional now. But I did not prefer it.
4250 seems to be little high but if the plot is bit near to the main road, that is the fact

4250 is definatly high price. The only reason for such high price is it is adjucent to double road, has good tar and at good elevation. I have heard sites quoting up to 4K. Infact I bought a site adjucent to that part of narayana Nagar 3rd block at 3200 in March.

The Narayana Nagar 3rd block site was BDA? Then its a very good price.
