Hi,
this week KHB allocating around 3000 sites to land losers and 4000 sites to applicants at a price of 950/sqft between chandapura and attibele.
We can buy a site from land losers.
Is it worth to buy at this price?

Hi,
Land loser quota site will not be under lease. We can buy from land losers without any restrictions.
if anyone know the land loser site please let me know.
I think it’s better to buy khb site instead of private developers.

There is a change in the rule, since Nov '12. Absolute sale deeds are being given for house and site allotments made on an outright sale basis.
Did a check on this with the Chandapura Registrar office and also got a copy of the board resolution on the same.
I am currently in the process of making a purchase of a house in Suryanagar phase 1.
Does a price of 3000 per sq ft for a 600 sq ft house in a 30*50 plot sould like a good deal? I felt it was good since the site values in suryanagar phase 1 seems to be in the range of 2250-2700.
