I agree with you that BDA sites are the best in terms of safety and appreciation. But we are not talking about BDA vs Non-BDA. Hence my comment.
On a lighter note, If everybody were running behind BDA sites, there would be no takers for Private Layouts.

we did finally purcahse the plot in phase 3 . The process was good . They provided all the documents our lawyer asked and once we had legal clearance we went ahead and purchased . We had to wait for couple of months extra to get the Katha . I dont know who made the mistake , my passport number in Katha in correct . They missed one digit int it :@ . Hope it will not create any issues later.
Next step : Waiting for some sort of development . May be couple of years and then think of building a house their.
Well I would have preferred a BDA site in the city limits but did not had enough money to pay 6000 per sqft
