I am looking for some good gated community in North Bangalore. I can go upto 1400-1500 Per Sq/ft.
I am planning to build a house and settle once i retire after 7-8 years.

1400 to 1500rs per sqft means you need to look in Rajankunte and beyond.
There were some gated community in Eastern part. Commonwealth is the name of project. Do check it out.

Thanks i thought prices will be around 1500. Do you have any idea of the price range of well known gated communities in North Bangalore.

I have a budget of around 45-50 lakhs.
