Kanakashree Byrathi layout

Hello All,

A broker showed me some plots in Byrathi Kanakashree layout . He said the initially alloted plots running rates are around 4K psqft and he showed some plots .Also he said , later they have developed another section ( he is not sure if it is called phase 2 or something ) , which is adjacent to the original Kanakashree layout but a small stretch in the entrance is still mud road. There are about 5-6 lanes of plots here and the rate seems to be 2900 psft. I was wondering if these plots have some litigcation or something otherwise the price cannot be that different from actual Kanakashree layout. Sites numbers here are in 20s (20-29)/30s/ 40s and 50s. Anyone aware of this portion of Kanakashree ? Any issues here ?

It is not part of Kanakashree Layout. Its additional area developed by the builder who has contributed in building Kanakashree Layout.. That's what I know..
