Hello.
I have an offer from a site owner at 13000/sft. Is this layout a hassles free layout for investment? Is this well developed. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Hi, The layout is formed by MCECHS society and there no litigation issues in most of the survey numbers. Its a huge layout and has clear titles. The price you quotes is the running rate there, some of the recent transactions I have witnessed there are around 12500-12750. I hope this information helps. Wish you good luck.
