Vasundhra Lyt is 2 kms off Hosur Road , and half KM from the begining of elevated expressway , 4 kms from Infosys & Biocon . Has the usual amenties , residents & BMRDA approved , over 500 sites . My brother a US NRI wishes to sell his 2 adjacent 50x80 west face sites on 50 ft road at market prices , to 2 individiual buyers or a single buyer . The sites are listed with major brokers in the area , one being Hari Bhoomi Estates 9845298900 . Are also on MagicBricks.

Yes , I was a member there for around 4 years and very active for some time .
The sites are owned by my brother a US NRI . The rate is 1250 rs psqft for both , 1350 rs sqft for single , you have to assume or pay off his ICICI home loan .

I recently visited the layout and was a bit disappointed.
1. One thing is that the security for layout is in poor shape. They donot ask anything when you enter. Actually some people have built houses and hence I expected better security.
2. Parks are not developed. Layout doesnot look clean.
3. There is a huge house in the middle of the layout and it is too huge, almost like 10 sites equivalent.
The good points are the location , that is ananthanagar. Ananthanagar ph1 and ph2 are very good and very wide well maintained roads.
And there are lots of development and good flats on the way. But i have no idea why inside vasundhara layout , things are in bad shape.
Wondering whether maintainance is not being paid etc.
