Hi - I did several inquries sometime back. 2000 is quite high. Firstly all these brokers are quoting at least 300-400 more. So its good to talk to real owners - in other words, real owners might be ready at 1500 (+ or - 100). Hope this helps.

I have seen a site in SMV layout, the seller is the original allotte and he is quoting Rs 1,750 negotiable. What is the reasonable rate per sq feet running in that area.
