Nothing wrong in posting this but please make sure you mention clearly that you are a Broker. Otherwise it will mislead users of this forum into thinking that a owner has put his plot on sale. Many people don't like to interact with brokers and would be searching for owners only.

is there any problem for you sreekbda, the person who is in need of site will contact me and ask that whether i m broker or owner, don't ever think broker as negatively, without consultant nobody can do the dealings, 100 out of 1 it may click....,

Both sreekbda and indrakumar9 have made valid points; but if you are a broker, it would work to your advantage if you are upfront about it.

Brokers play an important rule in bringing prospective buyers and sellers together but most people dealing with brokers have had unpleasant experiences. We all could use a honest broker but there aren't many in Bangalore.

your opinion itself gives the level of response you get, if you disclose whether you are the actual owner or a broker of the asset. Those who are interested deal through brokers will definitely contact you. But majority of the members in this forum are against going via Brokers.

If you are confident about whatever you told, whats wrong in telling to the world that you are an RE agent? In any case I dont think there is anything bad in that. Even I engaged an agent when I bought my property. For my good luck, he turned out to be a very nice and helpful person. So if you are one like that , be bold and tell to this forum that "Yes , I can help you out for finding a good deal". If you are not doing it, then there is something being hidden there, isnt it ?

As per our experience with the real estate agnets/brokers in bangalore most fall in first category below and hence the buyers in this forum are trying to keep away from them.


The type of RE agents we have problem with are:
[*]People who have bought land in bulk in bda layouts and as a group raise the price of land beyond reasonable rates.(Believe it or not a lot of sites in Bsk6 stage are owned by RE people. If anyone is ready to sell for less they jump in and buy)
[*]People who tire us by taking us around and showing bad sites which don't suit our requirements, with the whole purpose of getting us to buy the last decent site that they show at what ever the rate.

The type of RE agents we need are:
[*]Real ones who are actual brokers. They broker between the owner and buyer. They may align with owner or buyer but as professional negotiators.
