Guys,
If the layout name is sai Meadows - the BBMP approval is fake (I have validated with BBMp officials at Bommanahalli). BBMP does not have right to approve any layout as of now.
Dont go for any property which has fake approvals.
One point to note, you can go to BDA or BBMP office and ask for the address of the Govt office where you can apply for "right for information" you will get the complete details of the property.
