Anyone bought or planning to buy plot in Vakil En Casa? Pre launch price of 1530/- psft looks very expensive given that this project will take atleast another 2 years to complete. Completed layouts in this area are priced at around 1200-1300/- psft. Is there any incentive in going with this project at all?
