Site needed to buy in KR puram

Hi All,

Please help me to get the site with below description

1) 30 *40 site
2) North or east face
3) Need bank loan for that site ( I will pay some amount and rest of the amount is from bank)
4) Only KR puram area ( Will prefer if it is touching near to NH4...)
