Even i'm also looking for a site in BSK 6th Stage at a reasonable price since last 2 years.
i'm not here to discourage you all. Your expected price range is far below the of 2009-10 recession price.
Even at that time i got lowest offers of Rs. 18 Lakhs for a 4th H Stage which is very remote area in 6th Stage.

Even the BDA is proposing the minimum floor price of Rs. 25 lakhs and above for a 30X40 site for their yet to be launched Kempe Gowda Layout.

Is this BDA developed layout or BDA approved layout. I am not aware of BDA's layout near sridhar gudda. There is one BDA approved layout named chaitanya nagar opposite to Sridhar gudda. Is it part of that?
