Please - Need Inputs on Punjab National bank layout

Hello Friends,

I would like to get some inputs on the Punjab National Bank officers layout in JP nagar 9th phase - which is close to the Bank officers colony, doctors colony in near the Kanakapura road and Konanakunte cross road. Is this a good layout, on going rates in that area etc.

It is hopeless property please donot go for it.

I spoke to the residents in that area they gave me a bad feedback about no water, no sewage line etc. It is revenue and no clear titles as well.

Even I had a look at some plots in this PNB colony. The area looks look good as you can see lot of neatly constructed houses around. The broker says, the land is DC converted and the BBMP khata can be availed any time by paying some amount.
I have no idea about water and sewage lines there.

Does anyone have details on this layout khata? I was told that it is A khata and betterment charges have been paid. Do they have box type drains?
