30x50 sites in SLN city, Huluvenahalli or Sulivara

I had been allotted two 30x50 sites by Vijaya Welfare Society in Doddamaranahalli years back, but never got it registered. Now, they have offered alternative sites in Huluvenahalli (#95,96) OR Sulivara (#172,173). Does anyone know these exact locations? Any idea which one has better prospects?
Anyone know the current pricing in these areas? I am planning to sell these sites, so, if done before registering into my name, those expenses can be avoided and benefited in the pricing.
1. Location of the plot / house / apartment. Huluvenahalli OR Sulivara
2. Size details - two adjacent plots of 30x50.
3. Facing - West
4. Information about developer / builder - SLN City (by Vijaya Welfare Society)
5. State if it is a BDA plot or not. - Not BDA
6. Approvals - BDA, BMRDA, BBMP, DC conversion etc. - BMRDA approved
7. Katha type - Specify whether it is A katha or B katha or other -
8. Price info - To be discussed
9. Eligible for bank loans - State if buyer can apply for bankloans (If Yes specify the known details about banks). - No idea

11. If direct seller or Broker. - Owner
12. If Broker - post the fees/commissions you charge. - NA
