Could any body please guide me on going rates in Rajajinagar housing co op society second block, and SMV 8th block now.
I went and enquired Seller is quoting 2300 (west facing 30 *50)psqft in rajajinagar co op and in SMV 8th block south facing 30*40 for 1700 pswft are theese rates ok? Please let me know ASAP, as iam planning to buy site within 2 weeks.

Dear knowledgeable people on the forum .I would like to know if 4650/Sqft for a BDA site in Nagarbhavi is a inflated price or a right price for 1200Sqft plot of land. This price is Quoted by a broker .If I like the plot what is the best price I can pay.

Can any body let me know the current price of DC converted site in Upkar residency. This layout is also turning into a good residential place what price can I pay for 1200sqft plot corner site which is up for sale.

Upkar residency price is around Rs.2,000 to Rs. 2,250.
you need to verify the document in this layout very carefully.
Heard that Only first phase is legally cleared and rest all just DC Conververted and sold by referring the first phase clearance.

in my opinion, thats ridiculous amount. Not worth.
There is no reason for doubling the price in just 1+ year in these areas.
Real Estate People have hijacked the prices for their gains.

problem is Iam not able to find a direct owner for any BDA sites in that area.
