Hello Folks,
This is my second posting of my second site for sale.

1. Location of the Site - Padma Upadhay Layout, Nagadevanhalli.
2. Size details - 30X50 = 1500
3. Facing - EAST Facing
4. State if it is a BDA plot or not - BDA approved
5. Approvals - BDA Approved. A Khatha property.
7. Price info - 3600 PSQFT negotiable
8. Contact info - ramaswamy82@gmail.com/9731606850, my father's contact - 9900614586
9. Direct Seller - no brokerage involved
10. Additional Info : Currently have a Bank Loan with SBI. Would not be an issue getting loan here.
11. Property attached to BU compound wall, Behind RR Layout and enroute to Gnana Riddhi Apartments are prominent landmark.
12. Hardly 1 km from the Old ORR road.
Reason For Selling
1. No takers for my other site for sale.
2. No plan to construct here in near future due to distance to office (Marathahalli). Difference in plan post marriage
I would sell if and only if anyone offers me the price close to what i am expecting or anything above that, else will continue holding it.
Only serious buyers who are ok to afford to the price quoted contact me.

Have attached the spread sheet downloaded from above site of the BDA approved private layouts for your reference. Though i dont remember the survey number of my property. But you can validate with your lawyers from the documents of the property.
