As I mentioned already it is not BDA part. I have Khata and I need to check the type. I will call you some time and talk to you in detail.

Couldn't get you. First you mentioned it is the BDA Approved plot(#5) and again you are saying it is not a BDA part. Confusing.

Only Upkar Residency Ist Phase has BDA approval. II Phase is not a BDA Approved Layout.
It is DC converted and might have BDA NOC and is having similar amenities.

Later few owners have taken BBMP A Khata in that layout and taken home loans for Construction
before 2008-09 period.

I meant 5 th point as "BDA approved plot". Looks like it is confusing. I am removing that line. Thanks for pointing.
The next line says "6. Approvals - DC Converted". Also I clearly wrote below that it is in 2nd phase of Upkar Residency which is BDA no objection only.
