Dear All,

I was looking for a site in Upkar Residency near Ullal Lake and the I was told there are two types of sites there with A & B Khata.

A Khata price Quoted is 3500/Sqft and B Khata Quoted is around 3000/Sqft are these prices realistic.The site I saw was very close to the RTO office.

All inputs will be helpful.

Info and Prices you mentioned are the running one.
Instead of Upkar layout, you can buy in ITI or D Group layout for the similar Price,
which are much nearer to the ORR, developed with good connectivity.

I like ITI layout with wide roads I also have kept my option there.But getting a direct owner is a biggest challenge as there are more middle men there.

Any ways the search is on.
