I want to get info regarding the lands available at Sarjapur Road:The developer has sent me an email stating that the residential plots (land) are available at the rate of Rs575/-psf.Please help me know how far these rates are correct in this locality? ..you may please contact me on this email to send any updates. This is a public forum and since you are requesting data, why not let others see it, why should the info come to your mail box?

I am very skeptical about ultra cheap plots. Typically these are peddled by highly dubious builders at best, and downright crooks at worst. Please don't waste your hard earned money. It is always good to go for BDA plots even though they are pricey.
