The development is going on and BIAAPA has released 60% of the sites ready for registration & Loan available in all banks and the developer is good considering this track records, Road has been done and other infrastructure development is in progress & site visit can be arranged.
This is very close to Devanahalli Business Park and also includes Commercial Sites Beside the proposed 80Ft Main road to Hoskote.
There are lot of development including Hiranandhani Upscale Villas and Apartments, SEZ's and IT Tech park coming Up here.
