I have received an offer from BDA direct allotted customer

Plot size : 30 x 40
Quote price : 2400rs/sq.ft
Plot location : 1st block Anjanapura layout
I am looking for a plot for purely investment purpose

What is the current rate running in 1st block, Anjanapura BDA layout. The above price is really a good price ?

Price look decent... If you are able to negotiate to 2250rs/sqft then it will be worth for investment.

Price seems good, but please check out whether construction has come up in surrounding area. If it is purely investment then do as prashanth36 has suggested.
