Just curious. What is there in the Anjanapura recommending such this huge prices ? Any development has happened or the prices have just gone up foreseeable development ?

Just because someone asks a price doesn't mean it will get sold for that price. Real estate prices are going up in Bangalore in general. Just take a look at apartment prices per sq ft between now and 2 years ago.
Anjanapura is on the brink of becoming a well sought out layout. BWSSB and BDA need to get going by providing water and sewage.
