Isn't this astonishing ? I don't mind if someone makes 6 lakhs but what kind of service does he/she offer in return ? There is absolutely no justification for any broker to get any kind of money from a buyer. They offer nothing in terms of services

SOME people just do time pass here , in there whole life they would never done 1 lakh rupee transaction. And owner name is not enough for them they need his wife name daughter name weather she is married or not, are they looking match for there daughter So idiot s can marry her get the site for free.and people like Mr, J have free food and go without giving presentation, by replying such postings people think they are eye openers..Agents work is to introducd the owner, lawyer work is to do the legal, register work is to register the site. Donkey will do donkey's work. So pls Mr.D mind your words, and 0.001 percent service charge what you were willing pay ,

Being an agent if you do not know the reason, people ask for information contained in a family tree while doing property purchase, you are unfit to be in real estate. No wonder when someone with limited knowledge becomes a broker/agent, he or she cannot expect to close more than one deal in a year.
