I was looking at this project Golden Serenity on Sarjapura road but then realized this was from Prisha Properties and Golden Gate properties. They have other projects Golden valley and Golden Panorama Apartments near BSK 6th stage.

Comments about Prisha Properties on this forum and on mouthshut.com are not very encouraging. I would like to seek opinion of members who have booked or holding properties in any of these projects:

Bhuvana Greens
Orchids
Hanging Gardens
Golden Habitat
Golden Nest
Golden Park
Golden Millenium

I recently came across this layout and the price is higher (more than 2400+). The project does not have approvals in place yet.

Any feedback on this project will be appreciated.
