How does it matter to you? This is not a matrimonial site I'll never send these information to unknown person even if I'm interested to buy a property.

I don't think there is any way to ensure that people who buy it will do so for "keeps sake". People will say anything to get the plot, but once the transacation is done, they will do as they like.

Give importance for your expected price and the short lead time to complete the deal. No Need to think about the post sale matters.

Even if brokers aproaches you for the deal, Don't give them a chance to bargain. Simply stick to your price and give the lead
time of maximum 4 weeks with strict conditions like non-refundable down payment(If buyer fails to complete the transaction within 4 weeks) of atleast 10-25% of the agreed value and No Commission. Also in your Agreement clearly mention only the buyer name and don't give an option of "any of his representatives". surely you get genuine buyers with this limitation. Do not entertain anyone who shows interest with Rs. 5,000 to -1,00,000 as downpayment with 90 days agreement.

I did the same last year to dispose my asset. Complete Sale transanction happened as per my Terms and Conditions through an agent without any hassle. Buyer bought it through Bank loan itself within the stipulated time.
