I need an advice from you guys to finalize plot available in Springwoods layout. Currently owner is asking 1800/sq.ft for 50x50 corner plot.
Onwer would like to have full cash in a single payment so it is worth to purchase this plot ?

Currently I am looking for 5 - 6 year investment purpose. What will be the appriciation in this area after couple of years

My Quick logic. (maybe not correct)

Date of 1st posting = Apr '12
Expected price = Rs 1800/Sqft

Approximately 1 year later price still at rs 1800 / Sqft

Inference = No significant price increase could be expected.

I am not aware of what developments expected near this site.
But in Bangalore in a year appreciation in most localities is in the range of atleast 10% i guess.

I have enquired during April 2012 and actual cost about 1500/sq.ft but Mr. Govind has quoted high price. Currently Nisarga infront of Springwoods running 1600 -1700/sq.ft and in Nandavan running 1200/sq.ft.
Owner will comedown to 1700 if I go for full cash payment.

Hi Pollo,

If there are any sites for 1700/sq. ft (that too close to springwoods) in Nisarga. Please post the contact details of the owner here & I'll buy it within a day. Min. price in Nisarga is 2000/sq. ft except in the extreme dead ends of the layout where it is around 1850/sq. ft.

I have give an advance to the owner to buy a plot in Springwoods. Finally owner has agreed to 1500/sq. ft for a full cash payment.

Is it a good deal reduced price from 1800 to 1500 in this area ?
