Friend, if the land is indeed genunine, 15L an acre is a steal, at the locations you have mentioned. You are the BOSS, as you say that you are the OWNER. I still have my very own doubts on this !!

Thanks for the feedback! Can you give me an idea as to what is the price of land in this area? The local real-estate agents pay the market down for sellers and up for buyers.
