Hi,you can use classifieds -site for sale or if you want info about a layout use general sub forum.For now we are moving this topic to site for sale.
If you are not real-estate agent please mention how are u related to this society ?do you own a site? Are u recommending it on your experience or you found it to be good deal? Sharing your experiences will help the other members .

You may visit the office and meet the president / secretary.The society has already acquired 5 acres and registered in its name.The land is already DC converted and the proposed duration is 20- 24 months.Map of the land and brochure is available in the office.There is no web page.

Hi all,

can anybody share your experience with this society? Is it safe to purchase sites, from society (Say any of them). What I see is, we have to invest our money, with out much of of documentation and papers. What all precautions need to be taken before investing in any of the society? Any help would be really helpful for me to take decision.
