Hi,
Any one can suggest me on Mist valley , Concorde group(Dharamapura, TN, )next to Sarjapur.

I have booked a plot in mist valley. It is 375 per sq ft now for 2 times payment and doesn't have approvals yet.

Recently I got a mail from the marketing person that The 30 x 40 plots are not available and the DTCP authorities are not permitting for 30 x40 and hence they are converting all 30x40 to 30 x 50 plots.

Looks like approval is in process.

In today's newspaper(property times) they have announced revised prices of Rs. 650/- sft and SBI is funding on this project. I am planning to invest in this project with a long term horizon of 5+years...Would it be a good idea to invest in this project or do we have any better options available? Pls suggest.

I checked it out personally and booked a plot long time back (before approval). This is a good layout. Not sure if you want to pay 650/sqft.

You might get new projects up coming in the same area

Thx G2a2g2i for ur response...what rate u bot and when? I know some other projects in that area but none of them have proper approvals...they just have gram panchayat approvals and no bank is giving loan on those projects...In that sense Concorde Mist Valley seems to be a better option...SBI is offering loan openly...

I booked it long time back. In July 2009. At that time price was about 400. It was before approval.

I booked it in October 2009, prior to approval. Price was about 400. Please list me about the other layouts that you know of in that area.

Thx guys..there are some more projects in that area towards Baglur side...like Furtune Surya, one from NBR builders and other from Columbia developers...all are below 400 rate still...not sure about the approvals and all...anyone has any idea of any good project to invest in? I am not ready to buy Concorde Mist Valley at 650/- but if they offer at 500 I can still think of...Lets see...

Thanks for the info abhinkoi. Last time I spoke to Concorde marketing person. He mentioned that there may be other projects which will get launched later this year. May be it's worth waiting for them. How is nor developers? Also do you have any idea about prodevmco developers royal orchid project ?
