Dear all,

Iam new to this website. and also to bangalore. I went and saw 2 plots in pride valley view , off bannergatta road. The seller quoted Rs 1100 per sq ft. On the main road , there are many developers ,near koppa gate who quote the same. But pride valley view is another 4 km inside. Is the quoted price a good one. Also, I heard people saying that the appeciation will not be very much at this place. Please give me your suggestions
