For those who are not aware of, I would like to share the following info about Byregowda layout.

There is a Byregowda (Byraveshwara) layout site owners welfare association. More than 400 site owners are currently members of this associaiton. Those who own the site in this layout, please join the association. Collectively we are trying to get the roads asphalted and asking for water connection from BBMP.

I want to know if this layout is BBMP A Khata. ie. any problems in this layout regarding to Govt approvals, any dumping ground , Raja kaluwe etc nearby. I am looking to buy a site in this layout. Please give your candid opinion.

Layout is made around the year 2000. Its a DC Converted and obtained BDA NOC. Many owners have got BBMP A Khata before 2009 & many constructions done by taking home loan from nationalized banks also. Later issue of A Khata was stopped due the expansion of BBMP Limit by the inclusion of 7 CMC zones & also the proposal of Akrama - Sakrama scheme, which is on hold from long time for Approval.

There is a Raja kaluve passes on the edge of this layout & Balaji Layout, which connects to Mallatha Halla lake.
No Dumping Yard as this is within the BBMP Limit.

Byregowda layout has about 400+sites formed in 2002. It is located in the middle/adjacent to Sir MV layout 8th block. It is DC converted but not BDA approved. Has got BDA NOC. BBMP A Khatha. The layout is in a good location. There is no Raja Kaluve or nor Dumping Yard is located inside the Layout. This is very close to ring road and bangalore university. The layout was developed with Gramapanchayath approval and DC Conversion now it comes under BBMP. Few houses have already comeup.
