Hi Friends,

Kindly request to provide your expertice advice/help on purchasing the Plot.

I have seen a BDA Site 30x40 in B.T.M Layout 6th Stage.

The seller is the direct allotee & he is quoting Rs 3000 per Sqft . The broker has indicated that Owner may sell the site for Rs 2800-2850 per sqft as he is in need of Money

This is a BDA site Facing West, Please let me know is it worth buing at 2850.
