Hi,
I saw a site (1200sqft) which has rock (black rock- kappu kallu bande) on 75% of the site. I wanted to know can i buy this site ? If Yes what the extra money i need to spend to remove this rock. What would be the futuer problem if any.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

It largely depends on what is adjacent to the site. If there are adjacent built properties then you may find it difficult to blast the rock. only way would be manual breaking, which will consume time and money.
if the plot was large enough it would be worth to do so.
