I am looking for a site in North Bangalore near Manyata Tech Park.I have contacted some brokers, they are quoting 2300 Rs per Sq ft for bigger sites (50x80). Is it worth buying for this price ? No A katha available for the sites he was mentioning.

Pl let me know if you know going price in this layout or around this layout. Is it safe to buy B katha sites in this layout ?

Can you send the details of this layout along with the broker information? B Khatha means there will not be bank loan available. Were you able to compare the prices with the near by places?
