Dear Active Members,

One of the agent has shown me one 30*40 site in Vidyaranya pura (I think near Durga parameshwari Temple). The agent is claiming that it is BBMP approved site with A-Khata title for Rs 3500/- per sqft.

My question is.
1. Is it safe to buy a BBMP approved with A-Khata Site.
2. Is is OK to pay Rs 3500/- per sft in Vidyaranya pura as I am not aware of the prices in this area.

Based on your comments I will be meeting the owner this week end for the negotiations.

Hi,

BBMP A-Khata is ONE of the document needed while buying the property and it shows that BBMP has an account on the property and it will have details such as owner name, size, constructed or not, Address and importantly it will have PID (property ID No). If you can get PID no from owner, you can check for these details in BBMP website.

I am also looking for a plot in this area (Vidyaranyapura and Tindlu.) and think the price is in the range 2700 - 3500, though depending on the locality/proximity and other factors. Let me know if you have come across a good plot but want not to buy it for any reason.
