This layout was done by Aishwarya Build tech, who have very bad reputation in bangalore real estate field. The layout was not upto the satisfactory level as they'd promised during launch during 2002. Also it is a dc converted land without any approvals. Hence doesn't get any kind of bank loans. So interested buyers be judicious and take extra care for papers verification.
