I have seen this island of layout marked out in the name of "Arunachalam & co." with roads etc being laid out about 5 years back, well before the SMV layout itself got it's main roads. However, I have not seen a single house being constructed here. Plus I see a different name mentioned for the layout itself. Wonder what's up with the place.

Hello Sanketh,
Is this a BDA layout or private layout ? As I know in 1st block for BDA, prices may not be less than RS 2000 for north or east facing.
Pls let us know ab this.
