Maithri Lyt feedback (Nr Hope Farm) Whitefield

Any feedback about Maithri Lyt near Hope Farm at Whitefield. ?

It appears to be small old lyt, and guess few roads are still kacha.

Is registration / construction allowed for it ?

Hi,
In my recent search for sites came across this layout.Found that most sites don't have A-katha and the layout is filled with lot of apartments .Half the layout doesn't have roads.There are no legal litigations ,some site owner got A-katha from some other source i believe. All the bigger plot are mostly owned by the builders.
I don't find any harm in buying a site ,since the location is very good .

Firstly I heard that it is BDA approved layout. So not sure of the sites not having A khata. I thought that BDA approved layouts (within BBMP limits) should have A khata.
Secondly I have seen the layout.Perosnally I liked the layout and its location. Layout seems good. Only issue I found is that there are too many aparments as Praveen pointed out. Also heard that the ground water level is bad in this layout.

I saw couple of plots two weeks ago in this layout. Half of the layout looks like raw land and the rest half is very good. My broker told me that the roads in the other half will be tarred in 3 months. Now do you think I should believe that?
This layout has lots of 'B' khata plots. Of the three I've seen, only one had 'A' khata. The location is very good. It doesn't look like it has any legal issues. But way too many apartments. They suck out all the ground water. I was told the price range is between 2100/- to 2700/-. I didn't buy here because all the plots I was shown were in the un-tarred area.

I also could not come across any Khata-A site and all were just on un-tarred layout.
Layout is very old. I first saw in 2004. Then all roads were un-tarred.
When roads will be tarred, NO ONE can say. It is difficult further as it is gated layout,
but easy as most of builders are using 2 plots to build apartments. So they may
take care.

No One told be rates less than 2700. Least expectation was 2500.

Location definitely good.
