I am planning to buy plot in AECS layout on hosur road.
But, read many conflicting posts about problems like road accessibility or khata and society issues.
can anybody tell me what is the latest situation there?
Is it worthwhile buying there.

I bought a site in june. As you said, some of the sites are under litigation, bought you can verify if a given site falls under litigation from there Office in double road.
