60*40 site for sale at Springwoods Layout

Buy, If you are planing to construct & stay there
But if you think as an investment, the returns will be less compared to Near metro Areas!!
My view is not to invest more Or Pay More than 1500 Sq / FT in this area (Govt valuation is below 700 Rs..)

Dear Members,

I have give an advance to the owner to buy a plot in Springwoods. Finally owner has agreed to 1500/sq. ft for a full cash payment.

Is it a good deal reduced price from 1800 to 1500 in this area ?

Check Rolling Hills from Pride Group- Which is priced at 1000 per sqft Non-Negotiable

(It's just back side of Nandanavana after Springwoods) I think this is good compared to spring woods

I visited there last week and 270 sites were available in that layout & also they are giving 10 years complimentary membership for their Club house.
