BCMC layout Kanakapura site quote

That is true, even I have been trying for a site all along this area, ( Narayananagara, BDA employees association etc..) and brokers quoting their own prices. Can any one tell me what is the fair price in BDA employees association layout. Thanks in advance

I was looking at 60 X 40 sites in BCMC layout. Brokers are quoting one at 3.9 K and another at 3.6 K (south facing) even for sites 800 m from kanakapura road. It seems over priced for sure.
If you go 1 KM further down, sites are available at 2.5 K in narayana nagar 2nd block.
I heard that BDA employees layout is quoting at 3 K (left side of double road from kanakapura road to anjanapura road). The right side BDA employees layout has a burial ground next to it and the prices are lower.
In both the above layouts, I heard that borewells have dried up and residents are buying water from outside. This is a general problem across bangalore this summer.
