dear sir , i am not a real estate agent or broker or any sort of intermediary .. i am looking for buying a plot in nagarbhavi area and hence i am looking for leads and views of forumites. i am working in a private company. thanks

why are you raising the same querry again & again in different threads. Your querry has been answered by many of us in the thread "HMT Employees House Building Coop Society, Nagarbhavi" and also sent a private message also to you.
For your kind info, No banks will give site loan for sites other than BDA/BDA Approved/BMRDA/BIIAPPA Approvaed sites. BDA NOC sites are not eligible for Site loan. Please Don't make anymore ******** here.

I am the first owner of the site.
All the documents are with me.
