The site looks so close to the International Airport compound. I think there'll be a risk of land very close to the BIAL getting acquired by the Govt for expansion plans or for industrial/commerce park development.

This indeed falls under the high risk category being dangerously close to the airport boundary.

I dont think that it is a possibility because then BIAAPA would not mean anything. The reason they give approvals is so that nobody can come later and acquire it anytime.
Moreover the Government proposed business development park is already sanctioned and is very close to this area.

hmmm.... this is new to me... I am pretty sure u will enlighten our community with the names of the "BIAAPA approved" layouts that are being acquired on that road that you just mentioned...

awin's information is true. Almost all plots that were sold on IVC road were BIAPPA approved before they decided to make it a 300 ft road.
