u purchased a corner or intermediate site?

What is the approx. price of north facing 30*40 sites?

Hi arun,
Mine is an intermediate site. One of the corner site I had considered was sold at a price of Rs 1525/-.
For the site u specified price may lie in the range of 1500-1550. If u get for less than 1500, thn u r lucky(don't forget to host a treat) :D .

So east facing sites will be ~1600 then? There is one 30 * 60 east facing site but he is quoting 1700.
