Can any one advice good lay outs & prevailing prices?

What is your budget and range per sft??
How far from main road should it be?
Is distance from main road or Electronic City - of prime concern?
Or price and budget is more important?
Deeper you go away from Cpur Circle, deeper into Anekal Road, cheaper the price.
But since the Cpur-Anekal road now is already being widened into a 4 lane 100 ft road (work is under progress), prices are fast appreciating there. So you need to hurry up. This road will eventually be a 8 lane road, with 2 service roads on either side - with one railway line too, from Anekal Town/Circle to Chandapur Circle. It will then be a 300 ft road. All this is all over the internet since 6 years (on the internet since 2005). This is all a part of Urban Development under JNNURM project funded by Government of India, Delhi under the Comprehensive Development Plan 2015 (CDP 2015) - the plan that was prepared in 2005. In the year 2015, the CDP 2025 will be prepared. Unfortunately, the common man in Bangalore does not know these kind of government plans but real estate researchers like me get to know.
Anekal Town Planning Authority has approved as many as 375 layouts in that area as on Dec 31st, 2010. I am yet to gather the latest data/information. And ATPA controls only 170 villages. That is to say, 170 villages together is called Anekal Town.
If the site/plot is nearer to Cpur Circle from Marsur Gate, higher the price.
If you can answer these, perhaps I can advise, suggest.

At present I am resident of Chandapura from last 7 years. Now I want to buy a plot & construct a house for self occupation. Since, this is for immediate requirement, I requested for an advise from experts like you.
Now, I am focussing on GPR grande layout. One broker has already informed that 30x40 site is available for 1050/SFT (Best price as per the broker).
Any advise from your side on this GPR layout with respect to place, legality, water, electricity & the price.
