I heard that a supreme court judgement went against the society and in favour of the local land owners. Is that true? I saw a big fight in the layout b/w the owners and local people. They are not letting any one construct a compund too. Any update on that.

There are already houses build in this layout..

Oh yaa you guys are true,there was some issue long back with the Land owners claiming the land back even after compensation given,which was resolved few years back and titles are clear,its BDA Approved and Banks are also giving Loans.
There are few new houses are also coming up there, and just a Lane away from this Site,Sophia School is also coming up,visit layout and see for yourself,talk to people who are living there..............

Hi,

Writing the old story again and again as if it had happened last week is not going to help anybody. It will deter the genuine needy buyers only.
I am constructing the house there and I have not faced any problem till now. There are 5 new houses came up and all of them have not faced any problem. I have spoken to few of them and to few old residents who has faced problems. One house which got completed last year is just adjacent to village and even that has not faced any problem let the distant hidden ones.
I will post here the day I face any problem.
