The Site is behind IMG Apartment /the Royal County but before the Water Canal...

It is between royal county and Water Canal...

Can any one tell me the market rate for JP NAGAR 9th PHASE 7th BLOCK South Facing Site..

I am planning to buy please provide me the running rates

JPnagarguy, Did you get any offer to buy in that locality? What is the price the RE is quoting?
Recently I too saw a East facing site in the same place.

The present rate in jp nagar 9thphase 7th blk,depends upon location upto rs.2000to 2500/-
